The implementation of the paperless (electronic) document management system, at the modern stage of ICT development, significantly increases the competitiveness of enterprises. It is obvious that electronic document managemet system automatically improves not only the discipline of workflow, but also represents the solution for the management of documents and electronic archiving. Since the beginning of 2010, SINAM (LLC) has been working diligently in this direction, developing software that responds unconditionally and meets the requirements of legislation of the Republic of Azerbaijan. Currently, the software common as SESDA (SINAM electronic document management and archiving solution, copyright belongs to SINAM Company– SESDA copyright certificate) has became “de-facto” standard in Azerbaijan in this field.
