SINAM is the winner of tenders for supply and maintenance of computer & office equipment, installation of networks and creation of corporate information systems within UNDP Country Office in Azerbaijan, TACIS Program and World Bank.

Executive Office of the President and ministries of Azerbaijan Republic:
Information System for Managing Civil Service Personnel was developed for the human resource registration and creation of unified database of human resources on the level of state institutions and organizations. This system was successfully implemented in Executive Office of the President and 12 ministries of Azerbaijan Republic.

State Social Protection Fund of Azerbaijan Republic:
"Personal Insurance Account System" developed and implemented in central office and local branch offices of Social Protection Fund of Azerbaijan Republic is intended for registration of persons liable to social insurance (identification number), insurance extra charges and pensionary transfers.

Ministry of Education of Azerbaijan Republic:
"Human Resources Management System for registration and creation of unified database of human resources" was implemented in central office and local branch offices of the Ministry of Education.
