SINAM Company's President Mr. Aliyev Elchin participated at the VI Annual Conference of the United States - Azerbaijan Chamber of Commerce.

In the framework of official visit of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan H.E. Mr. Ilham Aliyev to USA Azerbaijan has presented to the US business groups the conception of creation of Azerbaijani "silicone valley".
Minister of Communications and Information Technologies Mr. Ali Abbasov made a statement on the condition of ICT and the principles of free economic zone creation with the specialization on high technologies .

SINAM was presented by the Company president Mr. Aliyev Elchin at the conference. Mr. Aliyev outlined that American companies expressed a great interest to the information about establishment of technoparks in Azerbaijan. According to Mr. Aliyev a number of companies as well as investment fund expressed their readiness to finance the mentioned project.
Mr. Aliyev has voiced his confidence that world leading IT companies including Cisco, Microsoft, HP etc. would contribute to the creation of technoparks in Azerbaijan.
